I think you are the young lady that assisted me at a University City location and then at Galilee Ministries. Thank you for your kindness in rescheduling my initial missed appointment. I have been facing some very serious health challenges lately. It takes a lot of effort to even get out the bed some days or bathe. Having you reschedule my visit truly saved me from having to decide between taking pain medicine or coming out a 2nd time.

In addition, thank you for preserving my dignity during the worst time of my life. I went from having a great salary and donating to now being a client. It is a humbling experience. I appreciate you showing me kindness.
