Loaves & Fishes/Friendship Trays has a new mailing address! PO Box 680791, Charlotte, NC 28216

You’re Invited – 2020-2023 State of the Plate

Where do you want to see changes in the food system? Community residents are invited to join the American Heart Association, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Food Policy Council and UNC Charlotte for a series of community meals to discuss possible futures for our area’s food system. Because food is an important way to bring people together, they will be hosting  these free for attendees, supporting local caterers, in most areas of the city (North, West, East, Southwest, Uptown) with diverse residents that may have higher rates of food insecurity.

Residents can sign up to voice their input at a specific location of choice  HERE  https://m.signupgenius.com/#!/showSignUp/508094ca5af2da4f58-community (MORE locations coming—please check back or join the waitlist if you do not see a location near you).

Residents with questions can contact Gabby.young@heart.org
