Court Ordered Volunteer Hours

All Court Ordered Volunteers must be approved by the Volunteer Manager prior to signing up for a volunteer shift. No hours volunteered prior to being approved will count toward needed verification documents.

Volunteers must be 18 to participate in our court ordered volunteer program.

Volunteers who have committed a violent, sexual, weapons-related or theft-related offense will not be considered.

In order to be approved, Court Ordered Volunteers must provide a document from the court or your lawyer stating your charges and what the hours are needed for. This will be uploaded in the last section of this form. If you are unable to scan this document, please take a picture of the document that is clear and legible.

After submitting this application, the Volunteer Manager will contact you via email within 4 to 5 business days regarding the status of your application. If you do not hear back within this time, please contact volunteer@loavesandfishes.org.

Please do not sign up for volunteer shifts until after you have received an email confirmation.
